The SINP has conducted its initial draw under the International Skilled Worker - Express Entry category. Below are the details of the occupations selected for this draw.

- 12101 Human resources and recruitment officers
- 12200 Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
- 13100 Administrative officers
- 13110 Administrative assistants
- 13111 Legal administrative assistants
- 20010 Engineering managers
- 21110 Biologists and related scientists
- 21120 Public and environmental health and safety professionals
- 21211 Data scientists
- 21231 Software engineers and designers
- 21234 Web developers and programmers
- 22221 User support technicians
- 40030 Managers in social, community and correctional services

If you receive an invitation to apply, it will include instructions on what steps to take next. You will have 60 days to submit a complete online application to the SINP along with the required documents. Upon receiving an invitation to apply for either the Occupations In-Demand or Saskatchewan Express Entry, you must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of $350 CAD.

Processing Time (International Skilled Worker)
The goal is to process all International Skilled Worker and Saskatchewan Experience applications within 16 weeks. To process an application, we must have all information and supporting documents.
*These processing times do not include the average time spent waiting for additional information or time spent under program integrity review. The average processing times, including time waiting for additional information or documents from applicants, is 4 weeks longer than the times posted above.
SINP Programs
- International Skilled Worker: for skilled workers who want to work and live in Saskatchewan.
- Saskatchewan Experience: for foreign nationals who already live and work in Saskatchewan.
- Entrepreneur and Farm: for those who plan to start a business or buy and operate a farm in Saskatchewan.
The International Skilled Worker (ISW) category is for skilled workers living abroad or in Canada who want to work and live in Saskatchewan. There are five sub-categories that international skilled workers may apply for under the SINP.
1. International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer
This sub-category is for skilled workers who:
- Have a job offer for a skilled occupation in Saskatchewan
- Who are living abroad or in Canada; and
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
2. International Skilled Worker: Tech Talent Pathway
This sub-category is for high-skilled technology and innovation sector workers who:
- Have a job offer for a high-skilled occupation in Saskatchewan;
- Are either living in Canada or abroad;
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category; and,
- May be in the immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry Pool (not required).
3. International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand
This sub-category is for skilled workers who:
- Do not have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are highly skilled in an in-demand occupation;
- Who are living abroad or in Canada; and
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
4. International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry
This sub-category is for skilled workers who:
- Do not have a job offer in Saskatchewan;
- Who are living abroad or in Canada;
- Are in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry Pool; and
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
5. Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot
This sub-category is for intermediate and lower-skilled workers who:
- Have a job offer for an eligible intermediate or low-skilled occupation in Saskatchewan;
- Are either living in Canada or abroad;
- Meet the criteria of the pilot
